3 to 24 characters: letters, digits, underscore, hyphen. Not case-sensitive.

12 to 128 characters, not your username and not a common password. A password manager is a good idea; there is no password reset, because there is no email address.

Stored are the username, a hash of the password and timestamps. After signing in, a session cookie is kept on this device.

Failed sign-ins are counted for two days as hashes only, to slow down password guessing.
